Robin Singh, a former Indian all-rounder, has been hired as the head coach of the MI Emirates team. He has been working in bowling and batting coaching roles for many years. He is very talented and committed.

Ajay Jadeja is an Indian batsman who has played in 196 international ODIs. He is working as an Afghanistan mentor and was hired by the MI Emirates for the International League 2024 season 2. Robin Singh, the Indian all-rounder, is the head coach of the MI Emirates for the second season. They will each help the team in their way regarding batting or bowling. For a long time, these players have also made a big difference in the success of the Mumbai Indians team in the Indian Premier League.
James Franklin, a former all-rounder for New Zealand and the Mumbai Indians will take on the role of fielding coach for the team. Mahela Jayawardene has been given the new Global Head of Performance position for all Mumbai Indians franchises.
